Shopify Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Cards

When purchasing goods using a credit card as the payment method, simultaneously with the completion of the online transaction, the relevant bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase.

All credit cards supported by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PostePay, which is effectively a Visa credit card, are accepted.

In the event of an order cancellation, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Em-retail-srl.it, Em-retail-srl.it will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. Order cancellation is possible until the order is being prepared in the warehouse. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can extend up to their natural expiration (24th day from the authorization date). Once the transaction cancellation is requested, under no circumstances can Em-retail-srl.it be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays in the non-release of the committed amount by the banking system.

PayPal

By choosing PayPal as the payment method, the user will be securely redirected to PayPal's protected server, where they can pay with major enabled credit cards (e.g., VISA, MASTERCARD), or with POSTEPAY or other enabled reloadable pre-paid cards.

*NOTE: IF CHOOSING THIS PAYMENT METHOD, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS REGISTERED IN THE WEBSITE ACCOUNT MATCHES THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT, OTHERWISE THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND PAYMENT REFUSED.
